Hazards
The loop from a worker's photo to a treated risk with a scheduled control.
LMLevi Mieliv1.0
Hazards raised on site feed the hazard register and can be escalated into the risk model with controls attached. The loop from a worker's photo to a treated risk is one screen, not one meeting.
From photo to control
| Stage | Lives in | Produces |
|---|---|---|
| Raised | Field app | A photo, a location and a description |
| Registered | Hazard register | An owner and a site |
| Assessed | Risk register | Inherent and residual scoring |
| Treated | Control register | A scheduled control with evidence |
Escalating into the risk model
Not every hazard becomes a risk. The ones that do carry their origin with them — the photo, the site and the person who raised it stay attached through assessment and treatment, so a control can always be traced back to the thing that prompted it.
