Audits and evidence

Schedule audits against ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 or your own checklists. Findings become actions; evidence collected on site is clause-mapped automatically, so audit prep is a review, not an archaeology dig.

The audit cycle

1. Schedule

   Pick the standard or checklist, the scope and the sites, and set the cycle. Recurring audits generate themselves rather than living in someone's calendar.

2. Collect

   Auditors work from the checklist on site. Every answer carries its evidence — a photo, a record, a document version — attached at the moment it was gathered.

3. Find

   Non-conformances and observations are raised against the clause they belong to, so a finding is never a note without a home.

4. Close

   Findings become actions in the one action queue. Closing them closes the audit, with the evidence carried along.

Clause mapping

Evidence gathered on site is mapped to the clause it satisfies as it is collected, not sorted into clauses the week before the audit. That is the whole difference between audit prep as a review and audit prep as an excavation.
