The onboarding path

1. Register the company

   The contracting company carries its own record — insurances, licences and the sites it works across.

2. Collect competencies

   Each worker's tickets, licences and verifications of competency are recorded against their person record, the same record an employee gets.

3. Induct

   Assign the site induction through the LMS. Contractors complete it on their own phones, before the first day rather than in the site office.

4. Let the gate do the checking

   Once the requirements are on the site, access is decided by the record. Nobody stands at the gate holding a folder.
