Actions

One queue for every finding, with owners, due dates and ageing.

LMLevi Mieliv1.0

Every finding, incident and audit lands actions in one queue with owners and due dates. Overdue actions escalate; closed actions carry their evidence with them.

What makes the queue work

One queue, every source

Incidents, audits, inspections, hazards and defects all raise actions into the same place. There is no second list to check.

Owned, not assigned to a team

Every action has a person and a date. Ownership is the thing that makes a due date mean something.

Escalation by ageing

Actions that pass their date escalate rather than fade. Ageing is a first-class number on the dashboards.

Closure with evidence

An action closes with the evidence attached, so a closed item survives being asked about six months later.

Closing an action

An action closes against evidence, not against a checkbox — the document, photo or record that shows it was done travels with it. Six months later, that is the difference between a closed item and a closed item you can defend.
