Set up in five steps
Organisation, team, site — and one real pre-start to prove it.
The five steps
Create your organisation
The top-level container: it owns your data, your billing tier and your people. Training and the compliance gates are included on every tier, and each tier up adds employees, sites and modules — pick the band that matches your managed employees and change it later if you grow.
Invite your administrators
Add administrators and safety managers by email. Field workers don't need an invitation — they join through the site sign-in flow and are unlimited on every tier, so get as many people onto safe systems of work as you like.
Connect your first site
A site is where the daily work happens: sign-ins, pre-starts, SWMS acknowledgements and toolbox talks all belong to a site. Give it a name, an address and a site contact, and it's ready to take records.
Review the construction configuration
Every organisation starts with the registers, permits and controls Australian construction is audited against — SWMS, HRCW permits, plant pre-starts, hazard registers. Review what's configured and switch off anything your operation doesn't run.
Run one pre-start
Do the smallest real thing before you roll anything out: have one supervisor run one pre-start on a phone. It proves the site, the people and the gates in a single record, and it's the fastest way to see what the field experience actually feels like.
After the first pre-start
Once one record exists, everything downstream has something to read: the site's register has a row, the worker's record has a timestamp, and the dashboards have their first data point. Add the rest of the crew, then the rest of the sites — the setup you just did is the template for every one after it.
