A rollout order that puts the field first and the office second.
A fortnight in four moves
Week one — make the field real
Sign-ins and pre-starts on one site. Nothing else. The daily records are the fuel every other module runs on, so get them flowing before you build anything on top.
Week two — close a loop
Report one hazard, attach a control, and close one action with its evidence. Once a team has watched a loop close, the registers stop being paperwork.
Then — turn on the office half
Risk registers, the policy library, audits and dashboards are already there and already fed. Switch them on when you're ready, in whatever order suits you.
Whenever — add the next site
Duplicate the first site's setup, pick its pack, and add its crew. The second site takes minutes, not another onboarding.
What to leave until later
Board reporting, cross-site dashboards and ISO clause mapping all read the records the field produces. They are worth turning on — but turning them on first gives you a beautifully configured system with nothing in it.
