Compliance gates

Wiring training into site access, so no valid induction means no sign-in.

Gates wire training into site access: no valid induction, no sign-in. It's the mechanism that makes training an operational control instead of a reporting exercise.

How a gate is enforced

  1. Define what the site requires

Inductions, courses, licences and competencies, set per site — a civil site and an office fit-out don't need the same list.

  2. Let the record fill itself

Completions, verifications and licence details land on the worker record as they happen, from the LMS or from an admin entering a ticket.

  3. Gate the sign-in

A worker missing a requirement is stopped at sign-in with the reason shown, so they know what to fix rather than just being refused.

When someone is stopped

A blocked sign-in names what is missing and who can fix it. The point is a worker turning up with a lapsed ticket learning that at the gate with a path forward — not a supervisor discovering it in a register three weeks later.
