Webhooks and the open API
What's coming, and how to shape it with a real integration use case.
JBJacob Brownv1.2
Webhooks for incidents, actions and training events, and a documented REST API for reading and writing your own data, are in development.
What's coming
Webhooks
An HTTP callback when something happens — an incident is raised, an action closes, a certificate is issued — so your systems react rather than poll.
REST API
Versioned, documented endpoints over your own data, using exactly the contracts the web and mobile clients already exercise.
Shaping what gets built
If you have an integration in mind, talk to us — early access is shaped by real use cases, and the ones we hear about first are the ones that get built first.
